Devetashka caves are located approximately 25 km from VILA NINA. Now part of a public park, that includes a waterfall, the 2 km (1.2 mi) long karst cave formed from the dissolution of soluble rocks, characterized by sinkholes and an underground river.
It is rich in speleothems, stalagmites, stalactites, countless rivulets and majestic natural domes.
The cave widens after around 40 m (130 ft), forming a spacious hall with an area of 2,400 m2 (26,000 sq ft), a height of 60 m (200 ft)
Discovered in 1921, excavations began only in the 1950s and revealed almost continuous human occupation since the late Paleolithic.
Krushuna Falls (Крушунски водопади) 18 km from Vila Nina, are a series of waterfalls in northern Bulgaria, near our village.
They are famous for their picturesque landscape, there is a tourist path that leads to the cave where the river flows.
There are two smaller waterfalls in the area, one of which is called Malkata Maara.
Other caves are also nearby: Urushka Maara, Gornik, Devetashka cave.
Alexander Stamboliyski's Lake, is one of the largest Bulgarian dams, which is about 6 km from Kramolin, Gabrovo region.
The dam has a total length of 20 km, in the area of the village of Kramolin, municipality of Sevlievo, you can find opportunities for recreation and water sports.
